   It depends on the Brand and model. Look it up in your documentation. And if you don’t have any go to the laptop manufacturer’s web site and download one.

   Hi,

   well, check whether the notebook is running on battery or AC adapter. If it is on battery, I am afraid the issue is with the battery. if the notebook is under warranty, check for the warranty options with the manufacturer.

   That usually means it’s running low on power. So plug it in to your nearest power outlet source. If it’s plugged it may mean that it’s needs to check the power supply to see if it is plugged in all the way either on the wall or the computer itself.

   Alternatively fi it is already plugged.. it could be is trying to do something like hybernate or go into system standby,
   also could be that your power cord is not doing what is suppose to do so the battery is not charging, and the blink it is a warning that the computer is low on power.

   Since I don’t know all the detais and specifics I am just giving you some possibilities and educated guesses.
